To get admission in the government college of West Bengal, a candidate must be domiciled in West Bengal for admission in any category of seat. Candidates must download the required proforma for domicile certificate as per the detail given in the official information bulletin. 

All candidates must be medically fit for the course and produce a Medical Fitness Certificate in the format in the official information bulletin. The fitness certificate is mandatory to seek admission to the institute. 

The upper age limit for BVSO programme is 35 years. For BSc Nursing, BPT, and BOT there is no upper age limit. For the BMLT, CCT, OTT, PT, PA, MMB, BHA the upper age limit is 40 years. Lastly, for the  R.I.T, C.S.I.C, R.T., the upper age limit is 40 years. 

Syllabus of Paper-II (for BHA) The content of Physical Science and Mathematics will be based on 10th standard syllabi of West Bengal Board of Secondary Education and other equivalent and recognized Boards/Councils in India. In addition, important topics from the General Knowledge, Basic English and Logical reasoning will be equivalent to 12th standard curriculum.

Paper-I (for all courses other than BHA) will be based on 11th and 12th standard  syllabi and curriculum of the recognized Board/Councils in India.

The Correction Period is the timeline within which a candidate can make changes in the JENPAS UG application form. This window will be opened on September 18, 2025. 

If any candidate receives any SMS/email regarding a problem in the photograph/ signature, then the candidate is requested to take corrective action immediately within one day.

As per the information mentioned by WBJEEB, it is not possible to correct any primary registration data i.e., Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s name, domicile, and Date of birth.

The JENPAS UG 2025 application correction window begins on September 18, 2025. Candidates will be able to make changes to the application form till September 19, 2025.

During the JENPAS UG 2025 application form filling process, a candidate can apply for only Paper-I or only Paper-II or for both the papers. The application fee will be applicable as per the number of exams chosen by the candidate and the category to which the candidate belongs.  

No, paper I is for all the courses except BHA (Bachelor in Hospital Administration). Paper II is for the candidates interested in applying for the BHA (Bachelor in Hospital Administration) course only.
