JENPAS UG question papers are provided to the candidates after the JENPAS UG 2026 exam concludes. As it is an offline exam, therefore, candidates are allowed to carry the question paper with them. The JENPAS UG question papers will also be uploaded on this page once they are available on the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in/jenpas-ug/. The JENPAS UG exam will be conducted in June 2026, tentatively. Meanwhile, students can check the JENPAS UG previous year's question papers till 2024, to practice for the entrance test.

By practicing the JENPAS UG question papers, the chances of qualifying for the exam strengthen. It will also help students understand the trend of questions and topics from which the maximum questions are provided in the entrance. Q:   Is JENPAS UG an easy or difficult entrance exam?
A: 

JENPAS UG is an offline (Pen & Paper Mode) entrance exam conducted by West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB). As per the exam analysis conducted for the previous year exams, it is a moderately difficult exam. A good preparation strategy will help candidates appear for the exam without much difficulty. JENPAS UG is conducted for the duration of 1.5 hours each for 2 papers (each carries 50 questions). Candidates need to answer Multiple Choice Questions and the medium of the exam is both in English and Bengali language. 

Q:   What subjects are included in JENPAS UG syllabus?
A: 

There are two papers which are conducted on the same day, Paper I and Paper II. Subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Basic English, and Logical Reasoning are asked in the JENPAS UG syllabus. There are a total of 100 questions carrying 115 marks overall in the paper I. Important subjects included in Paper II are Physical Science, Mathematics, General Knowledge, Basic English, and Logical Reasoning.  A total of 100 questions carrying 115 marks overall in the paper II also.

JENPAS UG Exam Pattern: Paper I and Paper II

The JENPAS UG entrance exam requires aspirants to appear for both paper I and paper II on the same day. Paper I is conducted for BSc nursing and all other allied medical science courses. While Paper II is conducted only for the BHA programme. Applicants can choose to apply for one or both papers during the application process.

Q:   Is JENPAS UG an online exam or offline exam?
A: 

JENPAS UG is an offline exam that carries Multiple Choice Questions (Objective-type), in which four options are provided in each question. The question paper is provided in both English and Bengali. Candidates are given 90 minutes to solve the paper. Each candidate gets 2 marks correct answer, and for each wrong answer, 0.5 marks will be deducted.

The JENPAS UG admit card mentions the test centre location. Once it is issued, it cannot be changed by the authorities unless there is a change in the decision of the conducting body due to some unforeseen circumstances.

The JENPAS UG cutoff is released by the conducting body, WBJEEB, on the official website. General category candidates are expected to score more than 65+ marks to secure a seat in good government college. Only female aspirants are eligible for Govt quota.
