KGMU BSc Nursing 2020 Application process will be concluded on August 10, 2020 (today) at 11:55 PM. The conducting body, King George's Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow has started inviting the applications from June 15, 2020 in online mode only. The State level entrance exam is a gateway for admissions into BSc Nursing programme for 380 seats in total across seven nursing colleges in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
The eligibility criteria are decided by the KGMU as per the guidelines of the Indian Nursing Council (INC) on the basis of following parameters: Age, Nationality and Academic Qualification. KGMU BSc Nursing 2020 application fee for General/OBC category candidates is Rs 2,000 and Rs 1,200/- for SC/ST/PC category candidates which can be paid through online mode.
How to fill the KGMU Nursing 2020 Application Form?
KGMU nursing application form filling process is an online process and involves certain steps. Candidates can refer to the steps mentioned below:
- Applicants have to visit the official website of KGMU, edu or www.kgmu.org. The applicants have to create their account by registering themselves using their mail id as the username and a secured password.
- The applicants will receive a system-generated mail with a link to login to the website in order to fill the application form.
- Applicants have to login using their username and password
- After logging in, the applicants have to provide their personal details such as name, father’s name and address of correspondence for communication purposes.
- After the submission of personal details, applicants have to submit the academic details and upload their photograph and signature.
- Applicants are advised to take a printout of the duly filled Application Form and submit the form
Who Is Eligible for KGMU BSc Nursing 2020?
KGMU nursing 2020 eligibility criteria is set by the KGMU on the foundation of guidelines laid by the Indian Nursing Council (INC). The eligibility criteria is set in order to assess the records of the basic qualification which is required to appear for the KGMU nursing 2020 exam. The BSc nursing course is an undergraduate course and thus the eligibility criteria is set on the basis of the same. Below is the eligibility criteria:
- Candidate should have cleared class 12 securing at least 45 percent marks (40 percent for SC/ST category candidates) in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (PCBE) subjects from any recognized board.
- Applicants from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by the central government with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English (PCBE) are also eligible to apply.
- The candidate should be at least 17 Years as on January 1, 2020
