While the last date for applying for the admissions is February 2, 2021, the Phase 3 admissions online CAF will be available for the student's academic management systems website from January 29, 2021, onwards at dheodisha.gov.in.

The Odisha Higher Education Department released an official notification regarding the commencement of the Phase 3 Admission process for the Plus 3 first-year courses. The candidates who have not applied for the admissions during the Phase 1 and Phase 2 Admission process will be eligible to participate in Phase 3 of the admissions. Students who qualified for the Instant Higher Secondary Examination 2020, i.e. Odisha 12th Board Exams 2020, can participate in the Phase 3 Admission process. Candidates who have not taken admissions in Phase 1 and 2 can also participate in the admission process. In order to complete the registration, students are required to deposit the Common Application Form fee for Phase 3 of the admissions online.

The merit list for the admissions will be published on February 3, 2021, at 2 PM and students can deposit the fee online from February 3 and February 8, 2021. The online admissions will be conducted for Phase 3 from February 4 to 9, 2021.

The official admissions details released by the authority states that weightage will be given to applicants in categories of NCC, NSS, Rover and Ranger, Sports, and Games as per the prospectus. The Phase 3 selection for the programmes will be conducted as per merit and will help the students who have passed the instant Plus 2 Examinations.
