The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has announced dates for Class 5, 8, 10, 12 term-2 exams, reportedly. The Board official has informed the dates for the PSEB term 2 exams. The second-term exams for class 5 will begin on March 15 and end on March 23. Exams for class 8 will be held between April 4 and April 22. Board exams for class 10 will be conducted from April 25 to May 12 while the board will organize exams for class 12 from April 7 to May 12. A detailed time table for term 2 exams will soon be released on the official website β pseb.ac.in.
Board controller examination Janak Raj Mehrok said, βExams will be conducted from March 15 to 23 for classes V and VIII; from April 4 to 22 for class VIII; from April 25 to May 12 for class X; and from April 7 to May 12 for class XII.β Also, board chairperson Yograj said that the exams for special students will be conducted in their schools only.
The question papers in these exams will have subjective and objective type questions. The exam will be held offline mode (pen-paper mode). The total duration of the exam will be three hours. This year, the PSEB board exams are being conducted in two terms. Each term exams cover 50 per cent of the syllabus. The term 1 exam has already been conducted. Board will prepare the final result based on the marks obtained by the students in both term exams.
