AFCAT (1) 2020: Additional Merit List Announced; Check Details Here

Indian Air Force (IAF) has released an additional list of selected candidates of various branches for courses commencing from August 31. To meet vacancies in various branches, the allotment has been made taking into consideration eligibility, merit position, medical fitness, and choices given by the candidates.

The selection under AFCAT (1) 2020  is subject to medical fitness as given by the competent armed forces medical authorities and on submission of requisite documents as proof of having achieved the minimum educational qualifications for the course, besides other qualifications.

Candidates whose medical fitness is subject to appeal or review will be issued call letters only if found fit by the competent Armed Forces Medical Authorities. Admission to Air Force Academy (AFA) will be subject to achieving medical fitness specified for the branch. A list of such candidates will be placed separately.

Candidates whose name appear in the selection list and cleared medical examination will be issued call letters. Candidates will receive their call letters by post. 

Candidates having the signed joining instructions are required to report at reception cell of Secunderabad railway station/Hyderabad airport on August 28 and 30. Candidates reporting late will not be accepted. Candidates must carry all the necessary documents while reporting.
