Indian Air Force (IAF) has announced SSB Interview dates for Meteorological branch. The seat selection process of Meteorology branch will begin from November 2 for men and November 9 for women.

Indian Air Force (IAF) has announced AFCAT (2) 2020 SSB Interview dates for Meterological branch. The seat selection process of Meteorology branch will begin from November 2 for men and November 9 for women. A total of 22 vacancies have been announced for Meterological branch. Out of these, 10 are Permanent Commission for men and 12 are for Short Service Commission men and women.

Meteorology Branch is one of the ground branches in IAF. Under Meteorology Branch recruitment is done for Permanent Commission and Short Service Commission.

After screening the application forms, candidates are called for SSB (Services Selection Board) Testing. If recommended by the SSB, candidates will undergo medical fitness tests conducted by Air Force medical authorities. Subsequently, subject to medical fitness, a merit list will be prepared depending on the number of vacancies available in various branches of IAF.

AFCAT (2) 2020 result will be announced soon. To check the result, candidates need to login with email ID and password. Along with the result, AFCAT cutoff will also be released. All shortlisted candidates will have to appear for AFSB testing. The test is conducted in two stages. AFCAT (2) 2020 exam was conducted on October 3, 4 and 5.
