AFCAT 2 2021 Merit List Published; 394 Candidates Recommended for Air Force Academy

AFCAT 2 2021 merit list published

Indian Air Force (IAF) has published AFCAT 2 merit list 2021 for courses commencing at Air Force Academy in July 2022. The merit list has been prepared without taking the medical status. Candidates must look up to the list to see the relative position of all candidates recommended by AFSBs. The merit list does not convey that candidates have been selected to join AFA. A separate merit list of candidates who are selected to join AFA will be published depending upon order of merit, medical fitness, choice of branch of the candidates and vacancies available in each branch. A total of 394 candidates have been recommended for Air Force Academy.

AFCAT 2 Notification 2022

The detailed AFCAT 2 notification 2022 will be released on June 1. The short notification was released on May 19. AFCAT notification contains details such as exam dates, process to fill the application form, the number of vacancies, eligibility criteria, details about the admit card, selection process, etc. AFCAT 2 notification 2022 has been released to select male and female candidates as commissioned officers in Flying and Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) branches. Recruitment will be done for courses commencing in July 2023 for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Flying Branch and Permanent Commission (PC) and Short Service Commission (SSC) in Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branches.

AFCAT 2 Application Form 2022

AFCAT 2 application form 2022 will be released on June 1. Interested candidates can fill the application form online till 5 pm of June 30. The application fee is INR 250 for all categories and can be paid online.
