AFCAT 2 2022 Notification Releases on Jun 1; Last Date to Apply is Jun 30

Indian Air Force (IAF) will release the detailed AFCAT 2 notification 2022 on June 1. The application form will be released along with the notification. The short notification of AFCAT 2 was released on May 19. Interested candidates can apply online till June 30. The exam dates will be announced along with the notification.

AFCAT Eligibility Criteria 2022

The age of candidates applying for the Flying Branch should be between 20 and 24 years as on July 1, 2023. The age limit of candidates applying to the Ground Duty (Technical/Non-Technical Branches) should be between 20 and 26 years as on July 1, 2023. The basic educational qualification is graduation, however, this varies as per the departments and branches.

How to fill AFCAT 2 Application Form 2022?

The steps to fill AFCAT 2 application form 2022 are given below:

  • Visit the official website of IAF
  • Click on ‘Candidate Login’ on the home page of AFCAT for sign-in
  • Applicants need to select ‘Not yet Registered? Register Here’
  • After successful AFCAT registration, the applicant receives a password on their registered email ID
  • Candidates need to login with their registered email ID and password
  • Select the type of entry, AFCAT, NCC Special Entry for Flying Branch
  • Read the instructions carefully
  • Click the checkbox to proceed to the next stage
  • Click ‘Application Form Filling’
  • Enter personal information, course preference, if appeared earlier in AFSB/SSB appeared candidates, Source of information for AFCAT, Communication Details, Upload documents, Select exam city and agree to the declaration
  • After filling the AFCAT application form, candidates need to pay Rs 250 as examination fees online
  • Submit the application form
