APPSC Group 1 main exam 2019 hall ticket will be released on October 19.

APPSC Group 1 main exam hall ticket will be released on October 19 at the official website of the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission. The APPSC Group 1 main exam will be conducted at all districts across the state from November 2 to November 13, 2020.

The APPSC Group exam 2019 was notified on December 31, 2018. The APPSC has issued a notice that the APPSC Group 1 main exam 2019 will be conducted amid the coronavirus pandemic. The commission has issued the guidelines to the exam centres related to the COVID-19 infection.

The commission stated in the notice that the APPSC Group 1 question paper will be supplied through the TAB (electronic device). The candidates will write their answers as per the question paper in the medium specified in the mains application form i.e. English, Telugu or Urdu (except the language paper). After the completion of the exam, the candidates will hand over the tab and the answer booklet to the invigilator. The candidates can see the demo video of the tab at the official website.

The commission issued the notice mentioning “The Commission has taken appropriate steps on preventive measures to conducting the said Examination to contain the spread of Covid–19, as per the guidelines of the Government of India as well as A.P State”.

APPSC also mentioned in its notice that the candidates should follow all the important instructions to stop the spread of coronavirus as given by the state government and the central government. The commission will issue the exam day instructions along with the APPSC Group 1 hall ticket.

The APPSC Group 1 main exam is a descriptive conventional type exam having seven papers. The two language papers are of qualifying in nature. The marks secured in rest of the five-question papers are considered for the final merit list.
