Assam Excise constable and assistant inspector recruitment 2020 notification released, Apply from June 16

SLPRB Assam released a notification for the recruitment of Assistant Inspector of Excise and Excise Constable, online registration begins from June 16, 2020.

State level police recruitment board (SLPRB) Assam, Guwahati is inviting application from the eligible candidates for 203 vacancies in Assistant Inspector of Excise and Excise Constable, application will start from June 16. Candidates can apply till July 6, 2020 on the official website of SLPRB Assam.

Assistant Inspector of Excise, with Grade pay of Rs 6200, has 44 posts. Out of which, 31 posts are for male and 13 posts for female candidates. Candidates with minimum Higher Secondary degree from any recognized Board or Council can apply for the posts. Excise Constable has 159 posts and this post comes under Grade pay of Rs 5000. Out of 159 posts, 112 posts are for male and 47 posts for female candidates. Candidates who have passed HSLC or its equivalent from any recognized Board or Council are eligible to apply. Inspector of Excise & Excise Constable in the Pay Scale Rs 14000-49,000 (Pay Band II), with Grade pay and other admissible allowances as mentioned against each category of post.

A candidate should be between 18 to 38 years old as on January 1, 2020. There is no application fee for the said recruitment process.
