BPSC 66th Combined Competitive exam notification 2020 was released on September 16. The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) conducts the Combined Competitive Exam to recruit the candidates for the Bihar Provincial Civil Services (PCS). 66th BPSC exam will be conducted on December 27. The candidates can fill the BPSC 2020 application form till October 20.
BPSC combined competitive exam is the most prestigious exam for the State Public Service Commission conducted to recruit the candidates for the State Civil Services such as Bihar PCS.
BPSC 2020 Vacancies
The BPSC 66th combined competitive recruitment notification was issued online for a total of Five hundred and sixty-two vacancies. Along with the official BPSC notification, two other notices were also released. One of the notice describes the instructions to fill the BPSC 2020 application form.
Interestingly in the vacancies notified, there is no vacancy for the Sub District Magistrate (SDM). The second most sought after position in the BPSC notification is the Deputy Superintendant of Police (Dy. SP). The total number of vacancies for the Dy. SP is thirty-four.

BPSC 2020 Eligibility
The BPSC 2020 notification mentions all the eligibility criteria for the candidates. The candidates need to check the official notification because there are fourteen positions notified in the BPSC advertisement 2020 and each post has a different set of the eligibility criteria(age).
The basic educational qualification required for most of the positions notified is a Graduate degree from a recognised university. There is no mention of a minimum percentage in the degree course.
The most common age criteria are as follows.
Minimum Age limit: 20 years. In some cases, it is 21 years and 22 years.
Maximum Age Limit: 37 Years.
The age relaxation is provided to the female candidates and reserve category candidates.

BPSC 2020 Application Fee
The BPSC 66th application form filling facility will be activated on September 28. The candidates are required to fill their BPSC 2020 application form online within the time limit to get the examination centre of their choice.
The BPSC application fee for the unreserved male candidates is Rs 600. The BPSC has provided the concession to a different category of candidates. The details of concessions are given below
