CDS (1) 2021 application form process to close on November 17. The application form was released on October 28. The application fees can be paid both online and offline. The Pay by Cash mode of fee payment was deactivated at 11.59 pm on November 16, 2020. The application fees are Rs 200 for General and OBC male candidates while Female, SC, ST candidates are exempted from fee payment.

The facility to withdraw the application form is made available after the registration process closes. CDS application form 2021 can be withdrawn from November 24 to 30, 2020. A total of 345 CDS vacancies will be filled through the CDS exam.

How to fill CDS Application Form 2021?

The steps to fill CDS application form 2021 are given below.

  • Visit the official website upsc.gov.in
  • Click the Part-I link to register for the CDS exam
  • Enter personal details, address and educational qualification to apply online for CDS
  • Candidates are also required to choose their preferred branch
  • Verify the details before submitting the registration form
  • On successful registration, the registration ID will be generated
  • Applicants need to pay the application fees
  • Select the CDS exam centre
  • Upload the scanned images of photograph, signature and photo-identity proof
  • Submit the application form and take its printout
