UPSC will activate the link to withdraw the CDS (2) 2020 application form on September 1. Candidates can withdraw their applications till September 7.

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will activate the link to withdraw CDS (2) 2020 application form on September 1. This facility is available till September 7. Candidates can withdraw CDS (2) 2020 application form online. To withdraw the application form, candidates need to login with registration ID and date of birth.

The facility to withdraw CDS application form 2020 can be availed by those candidates who do not wish to appear for the exam even after filling the application form. The application fees will not be refunded. 

CDS (2) 2020 application form was released on August 5. Candidates could submit their applications for CDS exam till August 25. Candidates could pay the application fees offline till August 24. Online fee payment was accepted till August 25.

How to withdraw CDS (2) Application Form 2020?

The process to withdraw CDS (2) 2020 application form is given below.

  • Visit the official website of UPSC
  • Enter registration ID and date of birth
  • Read the instructions carefully before filling up the request for withdrawal of the application
  • Candidates should note that there is no provision for the withdrawal of incomplete applications
  • Separate OTPs will be sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number and email ID
  • Requests for withdrawal will only be processed after validating the OTPs
  • Once the request for online withdrawal of the application is accepted, candidates must print the authenticated receipt
  • Once candidates have withdrawn the application, it cannot be revived
  • On successful completion of the withdrawal of the application, an auto-generated email and SMS will be sent on the candidate’s registered email id and mobile number
