DMRC recruitment application dates extended till January 20, 2020. See here the changed eligibility conditions and revised age limit in detail.

Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has extended the last date to fill the DMRC recruitment application till January 20, 2020. Besides extending the deadline, the DMRC has also changed the eligibility criteria for some positions. In the eligibility conditions, the DMRC has relaxed the work experience criteria and changed the age limit for some posts. 

The mandatory requirement of minimum two years post-qualification work experience for the Executive level posts (RE01 to RE09 and CE01 to CE05) and the posts of Assistant Programmer (RNE08 & CNE04), Accounts Assistant (RNE11), Stores Assistant (RNE12), Office Assistant (RNE14) and Stenographer (RNE15), has been relaxed by DMRC in the addendum issued recently. Now the applicants without the requisite experience or those studying in the final year of the qualifying examination, as applicable, can also apply for these posts.

The age limit for the above positions will be 28 years for the unreserved category and the usual relaxation will be provided to the reserved category candidates. In the original DMRC recruitment notification, the age limit for these positions was 30 years. The eligibility conditions given in the original notification will apply to the candidates having work experience of two years. 

The DMRC recruitment exam will be conducted in April 2020. The exam will be conducted at various exam centres in New Delhi area. The candidates residing outside New Delhi will have to come to New Delhi to appear in the written exam. No compensation will be provided to the candidates in this regards. The selection process of DMRC recruitment is different for different positions. Majority of the positions requires written examination, interview and medical examination.

The last date for DMRC recruitment application 2020 is January 20.  DMRC recruitment notification was issued on December 14, 2019 for 1493 vacancies. The highest number of vacancies was notified under the Regular-Non-Executive Category for Customer Relations Assistant.
