The HPAS 2020 result was declared by the commission on October 29. The Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission(HPPSC)-Himachal Pradesh Administrative Services(HPAS) prelims result was declared category-wise. The roll number of the candidates were mentioned in against their category. HPAS Prelims 2020 result was released for a total of 29 vacancies notified under eleven categories. The HPPSC Prelims result 2020 notice was issued mentioning all the details about the HPAS prelims exam.
How to check the HPAS Prelims 2020 result?
Step 1. Visit the official website of HPPSC-http://www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc/
Step 2. Click on the HPPSC HPAS Preliminary test result on the right side ‘What’s new’ section
Step 3. The HPPSC result PDF will appear on the screen.
Step 4. Search the desired roll number.
Step 5. Download the result for future reference

The number of candidates declared qualified was twenty times the number of vacancies notified with some exceptions. For the general category, two hundred and four candidates were selected against twenty vacancies but on the other hand, the commission dodo not find enough candidates in the Scheduled Caste under Ex-Services man where Sixteen candidates were selected against one vacancy, Scheduled Caste under Ward of Freedom Fighter of Himachal Pradesh only three candidates were found against one vacancy. Same is the case in the Scheduled Caste under Physically Handicapped category.
