HSSC recruitment 2020: Exam cancels due to COVID-19

Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has cancelled the Assistant Lineman (ALM) examination 2020. HSSC has released a notification for the annulment of recruitment exams. All those candidates who were supposed to take part in the exam of Assistant Lineman (ALM), Instructor & UDC against advertisement number 11/2019, 12/2019 are notified that the commission has postponed the recruitment exam due to the spread of coronavirus and administrative reasons.

Candidates can go through the HSSC online written examination notice dated March 1, 2020 & March 3, 2020 and reschedule notice dated March 1, 2020. It was uploaded on the Commission’s website for conducting the online written examination for the post of Assistant Lineman (ALM) against Advt. No. 11/2019, Cat. No. 21 (2nd & 3rd Shift) on 15.03.2020 for DHBVNL & UHBVNL Department, Haryana and several vacancies of Skill Development and Industrial Training Department, Haryana against Advt. No. 12/2019 schedule from March 16, 2020 to March 17, 2020 and reschedule exam of Advt No. 11/2019 on March 18, 2020.

Before this, the commission had cancelled the Upper Division Clerk and Assistant Lineman exams on account of administrative reasons. The exams were planned on March 18 and March 7 respectively. Overall 2978 vacancies were scheduled to be filled through this recruitment exam. The candidates will be called for further hiring process based on their cumulative performance in the recruitment exam.
