Indian Coast Guard 2021 application form has been released for 02/2022 batch on December 6. The last date to fill the application form is December 17. Candidates need to fill the application form online. The preliminary selection will be conducted tentatively from early January 2022 onwards. The final selection will be conducted tentatively from early February to April 2022. The list of selected candidates based on the merit list will be uploaded in June/July 2022. The training at INA, Ezhimala, is scheduled to commence in June 2022 end.

The application forms submitted by candidates will be screened. Shortlisting criteria will be based on higher percentage of marks in the qualifying exam and the qualifying cutoff for a particular branch or centre. This may be increased more than 60 per cent if more applications with higher percentage are received. Shortlisted candidates will be called for preliminary selection that consist of Mental Ability Test/ Cognitive Aptitude Test and Picture Perception & Discussion Test (PP&DT).
