DoE Puducherry has released the online NTSE 2021 Puducherry applications form online. Class 10 students can apply online before November 15.

Directorate of School Education, Puducherry has released the online application form for NTSE Stage 1. Students studying in Class 10 in recognized State/Central Government schools in UT of Puducherry (Govt/Govt. Aided/Private Unaided schools) are eligible to apply for the scholarship exam. The National Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) awardees can also apply for the exam. The last date to apply for NTSE Puducherry 2021 is November 15.  

The examination is scheduled to be conducted on December 13, 2020. The NTSE admit cards will be issued to students on December 4. Students can download hall tickets through school.

How to apply for the NTS Puducherry examination 2021:

  • The students can apply only through schools online and should take a print out of the application generated
  • The user ID and password for the schools will be provided by the Department
  • The Heads of Schools should Retain the print outs of the applications of the students who have applied for the Examination

NTSE Syllabus 2021

The whole portions of class 9 and portions upto December of Class 10 in Mathematics, Science and Social Science subject of State Board Syllabus will be included. Students can click on NTSE 2021 Syllabus to know more.

NTSE Exam Pattern 2021

This examination consists of two parts namely PART-I and PART-II. Separate question booklets will be provided for Part-I (Mental Ability Test) and Part-II (Scholastic Aptitude Test). All questions are to be answered. Click on NTSE Puducherry exam pattern for more details.

The SCERT Puducherry will release the NTSE Puducherry result 2021 between January and March. Based on the merit list of the written examination, 20 students [11-General, 1-EWS, 5-OBC and 3-SC] will be eligible to participate in the NTSE Stage-II conducted at the National Level. The students selected in the Second Stage, conducted by the NCERT, New Delhi will receive the NTSE scholarship.

The Government of Puducherry awards Rs 5,000- to students selected in the State Level Examination and Rs 10,000 to students selected in the National Level Examination as one time incentive.
