The Directorate of School Education, Puducherry (DSE) has released the NTSE Puducherry result 2020 for the state on February 7. The DSE has declared the result of NTSE Puducherry 2020 on its official website in the form of a merit list. The list mentions details like candidate’s name, roll number/ registration number, and school name of those candidates who have scored the minimum qualifying marks. These candidates will appear for the NTS stage 2 exam on May 10 this year. A total of 20 candidates have qualified the exam from the state.
NTS Puducherry 2020 examination was conducted by the Directorate of School Education (DSE), Puducherry on November 3, 2019. The scholarship amount will be given to those who will qualify both the stages of the examination.
NTSE Puducherry result 2020: How to check
Directorate of School Education (DSE), Puducherry declared the NTSE Stage 1 result on its official website. Students who appeared for the examination can check their result following the steps mentioned below:
Step 1: Visit the official website i.e. schooledn.py.gov.in or click on NTSE Result 2020
Step 2: Click on the result link available on the homepage
Step 3: A new web page will appear
Step 4: Click on the link that reads,’ National Talent Search (First Stage) Examination 2019-20 - List of selected students’
Step 5: The result pdf consisting the names of the merit students will appear
Step 6: The merit list contains details like candidate’s name, roll number/ registration number, and school name
Selected candidates are advised to download and take a print out the result for future references.

NTSE Puducherry 2020: Minimum qualifying marks
In order to pass the NTSE stage 1 exam, students need to score equal or above the qualifying marks mentioned in the table given below:

Shortlisted students must begin with the preparation of the NTS stage 2 examination. Even though the NTSE syllabus and exam pattern for the stage 2 exam will be the same, they must solve, practice and analyze as many sample papers and previous years’ question papers as possible.
