RBI Assistant 2019 notification released for 926 vacancies
Reserve Bank of India has released RBI Assistant 2019 notification to fill up 926 vacancies. Online application form has been released and candidates can fill the same till January 16, 2020. Read below for more details.
Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released notification for RBI Assistant 2019. A total of 926 vacancies will be filled through the recruitment exam. The application form has been released on December 23. Candidates can fill RBI Assistant application form 2019 online till January 16, 2020. The online preliminary exam will be conducted on February 14 and 15. The mains exam of RBI Assistant will be conducted in March 2020.
The age of candidates should be between 20 to 28 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be provided to candidates belonging to the reserved category. Any graduate candidates with 50% (pass class for SC/ST/PWD candidates) can apply for the exam.

RBI Assistant 2019 Pay Scale
Candidates recruited to the post of Assistant will get a basic pay of Rs 14,650 (This means, Rs 13, 150 plus two advance increments). The pay scale is Rs 13150 – 750(3) – 15400 – 900(4) – 19000 – 1200(6) – 26200 – 1300(2) – 28800 –1480(3) – 33240 – 1750(1) – 34990 (20 years). Candidates are also entitled to other allowances like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Transport Allowance etc., as admissible from time to time. Presently, the initial monthly gross emoluments for Assistants is Rs 36,091.

Candidates can follow the steps below to fill the application form.
- Visit the official website of RBI
- Candidates need to click the registration link on the home page
- Fill the required details to register for the exam.
- The provisional registration number and password will be generated.
- Candidates need to enter the registration number and password to login.
- After registration, candidates should proceed to upload the scanned images of photograph and signature.
- In the detailed application form, candidates need to enter their educational qualification.
- Click on the preview tab to verify the entire application form before final submit.
- Candidates can modify the details if required before finally submitting the application form
- Click on the ‘Payment’ tab and proceed for fee payment

Application Fees
The application fee is Rs 50 for SC/ST/PWD/EXS and Rs 450 for OBC/General/EWS. The fees can be paid online.
