RBI has released the revised interview schedule of RBI Grade B 2019 exam for DEPR and DSIM posts. The interview for DSIM will be conducted from October 8 to 12. The interview for DEPR will be held from October 5 to 7.

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the revised interview schedule of RBI Grade B 2019 exam for DEPR and DSIM posts. The interview for DSIM will be conducted from October 8 to 12. The interview for DEPR will be held from October 5 to 7. In view of the situation due to COVID-19, RBI has decided to conduct the interview process through video conferencing (VC).

Initially, RBI Grade B interview was scheduled to be conducted from April 20 to 28, 2020. The interview was postponed and was scheduled to be conducted from May 4 to 7, 2020.

The interview was again postponed and was scheduled to be conducted on August 5, 6, 7, 22, 24 and 25 for DSIM and August 18, 19, 20 and 21 for DEPR. The interview schedule was revised again and was scheduled to take place on September 9, 10, 11, 25, 28 and 29, 2020 for DSIM. The interview for DEPR was postponed and was scheduled to be conducted from September 21 to 24, 2020. Now, it has been postponed again.

The revised interview call letter will be issued to the candidates soon.

The official notice issued regarding this reads, β€œOn account of the nationwide restrictions imposed due to outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic. It has now been decided to conduct the interviews through video conferencing (VC). The candidates need to make their own arrangements of travel, stay, if required, including E-passes, as per the guidelines of the respective states.”

β€œWith a view to minimise the travel by the candidates, the nearest RBI offices have been allocated for the interview through VC, based on the exam centres chosen by the candidates. The details of interview such as the date of interview, centre and other terms and conditions will be informed to candidates on their registered email ids. The interview schedule is subject to relaxation of quarantine norms decided by the respective state governments,” the notice further reads.

Candidates appearing for the interview need to carry their identity cards, copy of earlier call letter along with a copy of the new call letter. Candidates must carry all the original documents/certificates in support of their eligibility.
