RPF SI Final Result 2025: The Railway Protection Force (RPF) of the Ministry of Railways has released the RPF SI final result 2025 pdf. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check RPF SI final result online at the official website. Along with the result, the RPF SI merit list and cut-off marks have also been released.
The RPF SI final result 2025 has been released in the PDF format, containing the roll number of shortlisted candidates after the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Measurement Test (PMT) & Document Verification (DV).

RPF SI cut off is the minimum qualifying marks that candidates need to score to qualify the exam and become eligible for the next round of selection process. Candidates need to secure RPF SI cut off in CBT to qualify for PET and PMT. The final cut off is prepared based on CBT. The minimum pass percentage for the RPF SI CBT exam is:
- 35% for UR, EWS and OBC-NCL categories
- 30% for SC & ST categories
For correct answers, candidates score one mark. 1/3 marks are deducted for wrong answers. The formula to calculate the scores is given below:
Total score= (Number of Right answers) x 1 – (Number of incorrect answers) x 1/3
