RPSC RAS 2018 main exam detailed scrutiny application form link activated.
Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released the Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) main exam 2018 detailed application cum scrutiny form for the candidates on its official website. The candidates can now see and scrutinise their Detailed Application form (DAF) for the RPSC interviews. The RAS 2018 main exam result was declared on July 9, 2020.
The RPSC online DAF link was activated on 24 August 2020 and the candidates can fill their Detailed Cum Scrutiny form till 07 September 2020. Candidates should note that only online form will be accepted by RPSC.
How to fill the RPSC RAS 2018 DAF?
- Visit the official website rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in
- Go to the news tab given at the right side of the screen
- Click on the Press Note link about the Detailed Cum Scrutiny form for RPSC Combined Competitive Exams 2018.
- A new window will appear showing the RPSC RAS Detailed Cum Scrutiny form.
- Fill the form online and submit it by following all the instructions.
- Download the form and take a print out of the form because it will be very helpful at the time of interview.
The candidates who were declared qualified for the RPSC RAS interview will be called to Ajmer for the interview. The RPSC has provided this facility to fill the DAF for the RPSC interview because the interview is based on the DAF and the current events of national and international importance. The current affairs asked in the RPSC RAS interview is more oriented towards the events taking place in Rajasthan only.
The RPSC has released no notification in 2019 and in 2020. The RPSC is running very much behind its schedule of conducting the exam every year. The RPSC RAS exam is a three-stage exam and the candidates need to qualify at each level to appear in the next one. The RPSC RAS exam stages are as follows.
- RPSC RAS prelims exam
- RPSC RAS Main exam
- RPSC interview
The RPSC RAS prelims exam is an objective type exam comprised of only one question paper. The RPSC RAS main exam is descriptive exam having four essay type conventional question papers.

The RPSC RAS syllabus is similar to the IAS syllabus in its orientation but concentrated to Rajasthan. Majority of questions are asked from the History, Geography and Economy of Rajasthan only
