RRB NTPC CBT 1 result 2021 will be announced tomorrow, i.e. Jan 15. The qualifying marks for UR & EWS are 40 per cent, OBC and SC are 30 per cent ST is 25 per cent.

Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) will announce RRB NTPC CBT 1 result tomorrow (January 15). The result will be announced on the official website of RRBs in PDF form. The result will display the roll numbers of qualified candidates. Along with the result, the post-wise and category-wise cutoff marks and scorecard will also be released. To download the scorecard, candidates need to enter user ID and password.

On the basis of RRB NTPC CBT 1 result, candidates 20 times the number of vacancies will be selected for the CBT 2 exam. The CBT 1 is qualifying in nature. The marks of CBT 1 exam are calculated out of 100. The normalized score of CBT 1 will be used to shortlist candidates for CBT 2 as per their merits.

RRB NTPC CBT 1 Qualifying Marks

To qualify RRB NTPC exam, candidates need to secure the minimum qualifying marks as per their categories. The percentage of qualifying marks is relaxed by two per cent for PwBD in case of a shortage of candidates against the vacancies. The category-wise minimum qualifying marks are given below.

RRB NTPC CBT 2 exam will be conducted from February 14 to 18. The exam pattern for the second stage CBT is such that it is divided into three sections-General Questions Awareness, Mathematics, and General Intelligence and Reasoning. The test carries a total of 120 questions. The duration of the test is 90 minutes (120 minutes is given to PwBD candidates).
