RRB NTPC Document Verification 2022 Underway for Level 6, Check Important Instructions for DV

Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) are conducting document verification for Level 6 post. The document verification for different RRBs is being conducted on different dates. Candidates found suitable in DV will have to undergo medical exam at the nominated railway hostipals. This may also involve travel from RRB to the city of the Railway Hospital. Accordingly, candidates must come prepared for DV and Medical examination.

To appear for DV, candidates need to upload their passport size photo, scanned signature and two marks of their identification marks in DV portal.

Important Instructions Related to Document Verification

Candidates can check below important instructions related to document verification:

  • The candidates called for DV should produce all the original documents along with two sets of photocopies in A4 size as given in the notification and admit card
  • Where certificates are not in English/Hindi, self attested translated version in Hindi or English should be produced. Caste/Community certificates, declarations, etc. produced during the DV should be strictly in the prescribed formats given in the notification
  • Shortlisted candidates should also bring six passport-size photographs which should not be more than three months old. Candidates should also bring the foil of e-call letter of first and second stage of CBT and CBAT
  • Shortlisted candidates for DV should report on the given date and time and failure to report on the scheduled date for DV would be lead to rejection of their candidature
  • In case any candidate is not able to attend DV on the scheduled date and time on account of appearing in University/Government examinations or personal sickness, such candidates are advised to inform this RRB
  • For candidates who fail to report on the scheduled date and time for DV for valid reason, a second chance will be given to attend the DV

RRB NTPC Medical Test

The Medical Examination (ME) will be done on the next day of DV at any of the nominated Railway Hospitals. A fee of INR 24 needs to be paid for medical examination. It is requested that candidates should brinthe g necessary change for paying the medical examination fee. Candidates are advised that they should be prepared to stay for three to four days for document verification and medical examination at their own cost. The shortlisted candidates should carry a valid photo government ID.
