The Combined Higher Secondary Examination (CHSL) 2021 Skill Test will be conducted today; i.e. January 6, 2023. The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will be holding examination for Lower Division Clerk, Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, and Data Entry Operator posts.

SSC will select and recommend candidates for Assistants / Clerks posts through a computer-based test, descriptive paper, skill test, or typing test. The SSC will soon release the CHSL Tier 2 2021 results online on the official website at ssc.nic.in.  

The Commission conducted the SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam on September 18, 2022. The SSC selected 54,104 candidates for the SSC CHSL Tier 2 exam, and almost all candidates appeared in the Tier 2 exam. The candidates who clear the Tier 2 exam will be called for the Typing Skill Test. The SSC has announced 6,072 vacancies for the CHSL 2021 exam. The number of vacancies is higher as compared to 2020. Therefore, the cutoff may be reduced and the number of selections for Tier 2 will be greater. 

Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) is one of the largest exams conducted in India based on the number of candidates applying for the exam. SSC CHSL exam (Tier 2) was a descriptive exam conducted offline across the nation at the designated exam centres.
