SSC GD 2021 exam will start from November 16 and will continue till December 15. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) regional websites release the application status of the SSC GD exam before the admit card so that the candidates can know their exam date, time and the venue of examination. SSC GD 2021 exam date was declared on September 7.

SSC GD Tier-I Computer-Based Exam (CBE) is the main examination because the marks secured in the CBE will be considered for the final merit. After the CBE, SSC will release the answer key and candidates’ responses. The candidates will see their answers and the right answer marked by the commission. Based on the number of correct answers, the candidates can calculate their answers. The candidates can also raise objections to the questions or answers provided in the candidates’ response sheet. SSC provides adequate time to raise objections online in the prescribed format. SSC releases the result and final answer key after considering the objections raised by the candidates.
SSC GD 2021 exam was notified on July 17 for 25,271 vacancies. The candidates need to score equal to or more than their category cutoff to get selected for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST) and Medical Standard Test (MST). These tests will be conducted by the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs).
