SSC GD Constable PET/PST 2025 Dates Revised for BSF Jammu Region
SSC GD PET 2025: The Central Reserve Police Force has revised the SSC GD Constable Physical Test 2025 dates for the Jammu region. As per the notice released, it has been stated that the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a Red Alert in several districts of the Jammu region owing to continuous heavy rainfall and inclement weather conditions.
In view of the situation, the SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test/Physical Standard Test (PET/PST) for candidates at the BSF Jammu Centre has been rescheduled. The affected candidates are those whose PET/PST centre has been allotted at: FTR HQ BSF Jammu, PO- BSF Paloura Camp Jammu, District Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir-181124.

SSC GD PET/PST Exam Notice for Kuki Community Candidates
In view of the law and order situation in Manipur and for the safety of the Kuki community candidates, the SSC GD PET/PST scheduled at the Group Centre, CRPF, Langing, Imphal (Manipur) has been shifted to alternate centres.
Revised Reporting Instructions:
- STC BSF, Churachandpur, Manipur
- September 1, 2025: Male candidates
- September 2, 2025: Female candidates & Left-out candidates
- Assam Rifles Training Centre & School, Sukhovi, Dimapur, Nagaland - 797115
- Candidates who cannot travel to Churachandpur may report here on the same date mentioned in their existing admit cards.
Candidates must carry their existing/old admit card of GC CRPF Imphal (already downloaded). The SSC GD PET/PST admit card will be valid and accepted at both the revised centres.

In the SSC GD PET/ PST exam, candidates need to complete the race within the given running time. The SSC GD running time for males is 5 km in 24 minutes, and for females is 1.6 km in 8 ½ minutes. However, for Ladakh-based candidates, the SSC GD physical running time is 1.6 km in 7 minutes for males and 800 metres in 5 minutes for females.
