SSC GD Answer Key 2026 objections guidelines

SSC GD Exam 2026: Staff Selection Commission has released guidelines for candidates appearing in SSC GD in CAPFs, SSF and Rifleman in Assam Rifles exam 2026. The notice explains how students can raise objections to tentative SSC GD answer key of CBE exam. SSC stated that candidates should refer to earlier instructions mentioned in exam notice issued on December 1, 2025, and read new guidelines released on April 10, 2026.

After exam is conducted, SSC uploads provisional Constable GD answer key. Candidates can challenge any question or answer if they find it incorrect. These objections are then reviewed by subject experts, and based on their decision, final SSC GD answer key is prepared.

What happens after SSC GD Answer Key 2026 objections are reviewed? 

SSC has explained different situations

  • If a question is found incorrect or confusing, it will be removed. Marks for that question will be given to all candidates.

  • If multiple answers are correct, full marks will be given to candidates who selected any correct option. Those who chose wrong answers will get negative marks.

  • If a question is completely out of syllabus, it will be dropped and marks will be awarded to everyone.

  • If there is a mistake in translation (like Hindi or any regional language), SSC GD question will be evaluated separately for that language. Marks may be given accordingly.

Important advice for SSC GD candidates

SSC has advised candidates to raise only valid objections. Minor mistakes that do not change meaning of SSC GD question will be ignored. The Commission also said that simply raising many objections will not help, only valid and strong objections will be accepted.
