SSC GD Physical Test 2025: The Staff Selection Commission has begun the SSC GD Constable Physical Test 2025 and Physical Standard Test (PST). Candidates who qualified in the written exam are participating in the SSC GD Physical Test 2025. This phase tests the physical fitness of candidates aspiring to join forces like BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, Assam Rifles, SSF, and NIA. SSC GD PET/PST 2025 Schedule

As per the schedule, the SSC GD PET/ PST exam is being held from today, August 20, 2025. The last date for the SSC GD Physical Test 2025 is September 12. The admit cards for PET/PST are available on the official websites of respective CAPFs and SSC Regional Centres. Candidates must carry their SSC GD PET admit card 2025, a valid ID proof, and original documents for verification.

SSC GD Physical Efficiency Test (PET) 2025 Running Time Details

The running time details for the SSC GD Physical Test have been given below:

Male Candidates

• Race: 5 km within 24 minutes (for candidates in general areas)
• Race (for Ladakh Region): 1.6 km within 6 minutes 30 seconds

Female Candidates

• Race: 1.6 km within 8 minutes 30 seconds (for candidates in general areas)
• Race (for Ladakh Region): 800 meters within 4 minutes

SSC GD Physical Standard Test (PST) 2025 Height & Chest Measurements

The PST evaluates height, chest expansion (for males), and weight as per the medical standards specified by SSC.

Height Requirements

• Male: 170 cm (relaxation for reserved categories and hilly/tribal areas)
• Female: 157 cm (relaxation applicable as per rules)

Chest Measurement (Male Only)

• Unexpanded: 80 cm
• Expanded: 85 cm (minimum expansion of 5 cm required)

Weight

• Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards.
