SSC MTS Exam 2023: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the SSC Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination Dates 2023. As per the schedule, the SSC MTS Exam 2023 will be conducted on September 1 to September 29, 2023. This year, the exam will be conducted as per the new exam pattern and syllabus. The Commission has removed the SSC MTS paper 2 from the selection process this year so there will be only one paper that will be conducted to decide the final result. Candidates can check the official notification by visiting the website; ssc.nic.in. The new exam pattern has increased the weightage of General Awareness and English in the whole selection process. The questions will be set in English, Hindi, and in 13 regional languages.
SSC MTS is a national-level examination and it is conducted in all major cities across the country. The Commission will release the SSC MTS exam centres list along with the official notification. SSC conduct the MTS Paper 1 as a Computer-Based Exam (CBE) in multiple shifts at the designated exam centres across the nation.

Those who wish to appear for the exam get an option to opt for three exam centres in a region. Candidates must check the SSC MTS exam centres before applying for the exam. The candidates who will opt for the Haviadar post they will have to appear and clear the Physical Efficiency Test(PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST). The SSC MTS PET/PST will be conducted by the designated authority such as Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). The Ministry of Home Affairs nominates the authority to conduct such exams.
