SSC released an important notice for all exams. The notice is concerned with the conduct of the candidates that can be construed as malpractice by the commission.

SSC Released Malpractice Notice

SSC released an important notice that will apply to all the exams conducted by it. Staff Selection Commission notified the conduct of the candidates, which will be deemed as Mal-practice in the SSC exams. SSC notified the following things that can be construed as malpractice in the examination.

Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating the transmission and storage of the test content in any form (partially or fully) by any means. It also includes the rough paper supplied at the exam centre or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content will be serious misconduct & will be debarred/disqualified from the exam.
SSC will take necessary disciplinary and legal action against such candidates or persons/individuals involved as per the rules and such matters would be reported to the police.

In case any candidate was found obstructing the exam process in any way or creating a disturbance at the exam venue, his candidature will be summarily cancelled. The candidates will be debarred from the present and future exams. Besides that, the commission can take legal action against such an individual or person.

SSC mentioned in the notice that the aforesaid instructions will apply to all the exams conducted by the Commission. Right now, the SSC CGL Tier-I exam is going on and the candidates must adhere to the instructions given above.
