SSC Selection Post Phase 7: One post cancels, vacancies in another decrease

The vacancies for the post Textile Designer have been reduced from 10 (Unreserved – 6, Other Backward Caste – 1, Schedule Caste – 1, Schedule Tribe – 1, Economically Weaker Section – 1) to 4 (UR – 3, SC – 1) by the User Department.

The Staff Selection Commission has notified about two latest updates. One pertains to the post of Textile Designer while the other is related to the post of Senior Conservation Assistant. The vacancies for the post Textile Designer have been reduced from 10 (Unreserved – 6, Other Backward Caste – 1, Schedule Caste – 1, Schedule Tribe – 1, Economically Weaker Section – 1) to 4 (UR – 3, SC – 1) by the User Department as 6 posts of Textile Designer in Weaver’s Service Center (North Zone) have been abolished. The notification can be checked under the Post Category Number – NR14619 in the Advertisement Number – Phase VII/2019/Selection Posts – reg. Apart from this, the vacancies for the Senior Conservation Assistant has been cancelled due to administrative reasons. Staff Selection Commission is a government commission assigned to recruit candidates for a number of posts under different categories.
