Tablets will be provided to the candidates preparing for the UPSC Civil Services and the NDA exams if BJP came to power in Uttar Pradesh. Home Minister Amit Shah released the Bhartiya Janta Party’s manifesto for the UP elections 2022. BJP’s Sankalp Patra (manifesto) promised to make education easily accessible in the state. The manifesto also promised free coaching to the candidates preparing for the Civil Services (IAS), UPPCS and NDA exam in the state.

No such declaration was made for the candidates preparing for the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) exams such as the Combined Graduate Level (CGL), Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) exam and the like.

The manifesto also promised a scooter to every girl student. The Uttar Pradesh Government is currently running the Abhyuday yojana. Under this scheme, the candidates preparing for the UPSC Civil Service, UPPCS, NDA, CDS, JEE, NEET are getting free online coaching from the renowned faculties of the state universities. Besides that, various state cadre IAS officers are also providing counselling for various exams through live sessions.

The candidates can register at the Abhyuday portal and select the exam. The candidates can even download free study material on different subjects from the portal. If BJP comes to power, it will provide the tablets and laptops to the eligible candidates. The eligibility conditions for getting the laptop, tablet and scooter will be released later.
