UGC NET Day 1 2025 Exam: National Testing Agency is conducting UGC NET December session exam from today for Law, Social Work, Tourism Administration, Prakrit, Telugu, Spanish, Kashmiri and Konkani. As per schedule released, UGC NET day 1 exam 2025 will be held in shift 1 from 9 AM to 12 PM in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. Candidates must carry their UGC NET Dec 31 admit card and any one photo ID proof to exam centre for verification.
Candidates have to complete self-declaration or undertaking printed on UGC NET 2025 admit card in advance. They also have to paste their photograph in designated space. UGC NET December 2025 is being conducted for total of 85 subjects on December 31, January 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7.

UGC NET 2025 Reporting Time
Candidates must report to exam centre before commencement of examination. Late entry will not be permitted under any circumstances. They can check UGC NET June 2025 admit card to know exact reporting time and venue address, which must be followed strictly for entry to exam hall.
UGC NET 2025 Exam Day Instructions
Candidates must follow these guidelines when appearing for UGC NET Dec exam 2025
- No candidates will be allowed to enter exam centre after 8.30 am in first shift
- Do not carry a mobile phone, calculator, or any other gadget to the exam hall
- Along with admit card, a valid government-issued photo ID must be carried to exam centre.
- They should sit on seat indicating their roll numbers only.
- They must follow all guidelines given by invigilator.
- Calculations and rough work has to be done only in rough sheet provided at centres.
- Rough sheets or virtual pads given to them must be submitted before exit.
