UPSC has activated the link to withdraw CDS (II) application form 2021. The last date to withdraw the application form is September 6.
How to Withdraw CDS (II) Application Form 2021?
The process to withdraw CDS (II) application form is given below.
- Visit the official website of UPSC
- Click the link, 'Withdraw Combined Defence Services Examination (II) 2021 Application Form'
- Read the instructions before proceeding towards withdrawing the application form
- The withdrawal facility is available for candidates who do not want to appear in the exam
- Candidates are advised to provide the registration ID of the registered application. There is no provision for the withdrawal of incomplete applications
- Before making requests for withdrawal, candidates must ensure that they have access to the mobile number and email ID which were provided by them at the time of filling the application form
- Separate OTPs are sent to the candidate’s registered mobile number and email ID. Requests for withdrawal are only processed after validating the OTPs
- Once the request for online withdrawal of the application is accepted, candidates must print the authenticated receipt
- Once the application has been withdrawn by candidates, it cannot be revived
- The fees are not refunded to candidates
- On successful completion of the withdrawal of the application, an auto-generated email and SMS are sent on the candidate’s registered email id and mobile number
CDS (II) 2021 written exam will be conducted on November 14 across more than 70 cities spread throughout the country. The written exam of Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA) and Air Force Academy (AFA) comprises three sections-English, General Knowledge, and Elementary Mathematics. The test for these academies carries 300 marks. The written exam of Officers’ Training Academy (OTA) carries two sections- English and General Knowledge. The test for this academy carries 200 marks. The standard of the topics in the CDS syllabus for Elementary Mathematics is of Class 10 level. The standard of papers for other subjects is of graduation level. Also Read: CDS Exam Pattern
