UPSC released the Combined Medical Services (CMS) 2020 interview schedule. The candidates can download the UPSC CMS interview schedule and get ready for the UPSC CMS interview. The UPSC CMS 2020 interviews will begin from January 18, 2021 and continue till February 22. A total of 1191 candidates were selected for the UPSC Interview.

The UPSC CMS exam has a two-stage selection process and the interview stage is the last stage of the CMS selection process. The UPSC CMS 2020 exam was conducted for 559 vacancies. There are high chances of selection when the candidate qualify for the CMS interview because one approximately one candidate will be selected out of two. The probability of selection at the UPSC CMS interview is around 50 per cent.

Earlier, the UPSC had activated the Detailed Application Form (DAF) for the interviews. The candidates were allowed to fill the UPSC CMS interview DAFs till December 4. The UPSC CMS 2020 CBT was conducted on October 22. The candidates who qualified in the CBT were allowed to fill the UPSC CMS DAF for the interview process.

The UPSC CMS exam is conducted to recruit the candidates for the Central Health Services, Indian Ordnance Factories Health Services and the General Duty Medical Officers in the New Delhi Municipal Council hospitals.
