The Union Public Service Commission has released the Combined Geo-Scientist 2020 main exam time table on September 8. Combined Geoscientist main exam 2020 will be conducted on October 17 and 18.
Combined Geo-Scientist main exam tests the subjective knowledge of the candidate in their specialised subject. Combined Geo-Scientist exam is conducted to recruit the candidates for the following positions.
- Geologist
- Geo Physicist
- Chemist
- Hydrologist
The UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist main exam 2020 will be conducted in two sessions on each day of the exam. Every candidate needs to appear in the three subject-specific papers to get selected. Only the candidates who had opted for the Junior Hydrologist and Geologist posts need to appear in the fourth paper. The Combined Geo-Scientist 2020 main exam time table is given below.

Earlier, UPSC had activated the window to change the Combined Geo-Scientist 2020 exam centre for the candidates. The candidates can change their exam centre until September 13. The UPSC also mentioned in its official notice that “The candidates, who are not interested to change their Centre, are not required to log into the online system of Centre change”.

The Combined Geo-Scientist exam in the present format is relatively new because it was conducted in the name of Combined Geologist exam until recently. The UPSC will conduct this exam across the nation on October 17 and 18.
