UPSC ESE Mains 2025 Exam Date Announced
UPSC ESE Mains 2025 Exam: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the Engineering Services Examination (ESE, formerly IES) 2025 Mains schedule. Candidates who have registered and are appearing for the main exam can check the UPSC ESE 2025 timetable on the official website at upsc.gov.in. As per the announced date, UPSC ESE mains exam will be held on August 10 in two shifts.
The IES Mains exam will be conducted for discipline-specific papers, including: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, and Telecommunication Engineering. The UPSC ESE 2025 recruitment drive aims to fill 457 vacancies.
UPSC ESE Mains 2025 Exam Schedule
As per the notice pdf, the IES mains exam will be held in two shifts on a single day. The first ESE Main exam shift will be conducted from 9 AM to 12 noon (Paper I) and the second shift will be held from 2:30 to 5:30 PM (Paper II). Check the table for detailed information:

When will UPSC ESE Mains 2025 Admit Card be released?
It is expected that the IES admit card 2025 can be released by end of July or in the first week of August. However, no official date has been announced by the officials regarding the release date of UPSC ESE Mains exam admit card 2025. Once available, they can download ESE Mains 2025 admit card online at the official website: upsc.gov.in.

UPSC ESE (IES) 2023 main exam was conducted on June 25. UPSC released the admit card for the same on June 5, 2023. The Union Public Service Commission released the IES exam dates in the official UPSC exam calendar 2023 released in May 2022. The UPSC releases the IES exam dates one year in advance so that the candidates can prepare for the exam efficiently.
The Union Public Service Commission released the UPSC ESE (IES) 2023 main result on August 7.
