UPSC IAS 2022 Exam Centre Change facility to open on March 3

UPSC Civil Service (IAS) 2022 Prelims exam will be conducted on June 5. UPSC released a notice that it has added two new centres for the IAS prelims 2022 exam in Himachal Pradesh. Because of the addition of two new examination centres for IAS prelims 2022, the Commission will provide the opportunity to change the exam centre. The facility to change the exam centre will start on March 3 to 7 in phase I and March 10 to 14 in the second phase.

UPSC IAS Exam Centres

There were 76 exam centres for the IAS prelims exam and with the addition of the aforesaid two exam centres, the number went up to 78. Interested candidates can change their IAS prelims exam centre at the official website of UPSC. The facility can be availed till the exam centre reaches its allotted capacity. The exam centres will be allocated on a first-apply-first-allot basis. So it is suggested that the interested candidates should change their exam centres as soon as the facility started.

UPSC Vacancies

Earlier, UPSC had increased the number of vacancies in the Civil Service Exam 2022. UPSC vacancies now stand at 1011 with the addition of 150 vacancies of the Indian Railway Management Service (IRMS). Now the Civil Service Exam 2022 has three posts having over a hundred vacancies. These are

UPSC will also provide the facility to withdraw the Civil Service (IAS) application 2022 from March 1. The candidates who want to withdraw their applications can do so in the manner provided with the official notice.
