Assam Royal Global University to Offer Scholarships for Wards of CRPF Personnel

Assam Royal Global University (RGU) is introducing two scholarship programmes in association with the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF). The university aims to support the dependents and wards of CRPF personnel by offering financial assistance to the qualified and eligible candidates. The university has announced the launch of 'Royal Shaurya' and 'Royal Surakhsha', two scholarship programmes for eligible candidates. By providing the scholarships, the university aims to offer financial assistance to the families of security personnel and ensure they get access to quality education without having a financial burden. 

The 'Royal Shaurya' scholarship will offer a 100 percent scholarship for the families of martyrs and gallantry awardees. On the other hand, the 'Royal Suraksha' will offer a 50 percent tuition fee support to the wards of CRPF personnel. The scholarship will be applicable for all programmes which are regulated by statutory bodies like AICTE, COA, PCI, INC and BCI. 

The scholarship will benefit the families of security personnel and their children who are seeking financial assistance to support their academics. The association between Assam Royal Global University (RGU) was formalised with an agreement. Deputy Inspector General of CRPF Manas Ranjan has shared his delight with the initiative of the university. This effort of Assam Royal Global University (RGU) is a step toward addressing the challenge of financial burden on students.
