CUET PG 2026 Exam Advisory

CUET PG 2026 Exam: National Testing Agency has issued an advisory for candidates appearing for Common University Entrance Test PG exam. Candidates appearing for CUET 2026 postgraduate entrance exam are advised to download their admit cards from official website and check their exam date, shift timing, course and test centre details before the examination. They must verify all details mentioned on CUET PG admit card, including:

  • Exam shift and timing
  • Test centre venue
  • Reporting time
  • Gate closing time

Students are advised to visit their exam centre at least one day before the exam to avoid last-minute confusion. PwD/PwBD candidates are especially encouraged to check the venue in advance and inform NTA if they face any accessibility issues.

ย Reach CUET PG Exam Centre on Time

Candidates must report to exam centre as per the reporting time mentioned on CUET PG admit card. Entry will not be allowed after the gate closing time. Those who registered using non-Aadhaar authentication must reach the centre at least one hour before gate closing for identity verification. NTA has warned candidates against using any unfair means. All exam centres are under CCTV surveillance and jammer systems. Any malpractice, including sharing chits, may lead to strict action and disqualification from future NTA exams.

Documents Required on Exam Day

Candidates must carry the following documents to the exam centre:

  • Printed CUET PG 2026 Admit Card (preferably colour print on A4 paper)
  • Two passport-size photographs (same as uploaded in application form)
  • One valid original photo ID proof such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID or Driving Licence

Candidates are not permitted to carry mobile phones, electronic devices, or personal belongings inside the examination hall. The exam authorities will not be responsible for keeping personal items safe.

Guidelines for PwD/PwBD Candidates

Candidates belonging to the PwD/PwBD category must carry a valid disability certificate or UDID card. Those who opted for a scribe facility in the application form will be provided the same. They will also receive 20 minutes of extra time per hour of the exam.

CUET PG Exam 2026: Aadhaar Biometric Authentication

Ensure Aadhaar biometric authentication is not locked before reaching the exam centre. Fill in details, sign and paste photograph on the attendance sheet during the exam. CUET PG is being conducted in computer-based mode, so candidates should be familiar with the format. Verify that CUET question paper subject and medium displayed on the screen matches the details mentioned on the admit card.

Special Relaxation for Diabetic Candidates

Diabetic candidates are allowed to carry sugar tablets, fruits such as bananas, apples or oranges, and a transparent water bottle inside the exam hall. However, packed food items are not allowed.
