There are no fixed passing marks prescribed for CUET UG 2026. Candidates must secure the required CUET cutoff marks set by participating universities and colleges for admission. The CUET UG 2026 cutoff will be announced after the declaration of results.

Each CUET UG 2026 subject paper includes 50 compulsory multiple-choice questions. There will be no optional questions. Candidates must complete each subject test within one hour.
- Candidates must not wear long sleeve clothes.
- Candidates wearing cultural/customary dress must report at the CUET exam centre one hour before the reporting time.
- Candidates must wear slippers or sandals with low heels. Shoes will not be permitted inside exam centre.
- In case of any circumstances, candidates must take the approval of NTA before the release of CUET admit card.

CUET UG 2026 May 22 shift 1 exam will commence at 9 AM. The CUET exam centre gates are now closed.
- Scribe facility: In case the candidate has physical limitation and required a scribe for writing the exam, he/she must be certified in the format provided by CMO/Civil Surgeon/ Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care Institution.
- Extra time: PwD candidates will get extra time of one hour whether such candidates use scribe facilities or not.
