KVPY 2021 postponed: The Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) exam 2021 has been postponed again. This time the decision comes amid the surge in COVID-19 cases across the nation. The revised KVPY 2021 exam date will be out soon. Students must keep checking the official website regularly. "Due to the emerging unprecedented surge of COVID-19 cases, and the subsequent restrictions and weekend curfew in many states, the KVPY-Aptitude Test 2021 to be held on 9th January 2022, is postponed in the larger interest of the students. Please check KVPY website regularly for further updates," reads the official website.
The KVPY 2021 exam was earlier scheduled to be conducted on November 7 but it got postponed after the Madras HC raised concerns over regional languages. The KVPY exam date was then shifted to January 9, but now, it stands postponed in view of the rising COVID-19 Omicron cases.
The conducting body had released the KVPY Admit Card 2021 on December 23.
