Medicaps University has launched the Medicaps Innovation and Incubation Foundation (MII Foundation). The MII Foundation is a full-scale startup incubator that aims to enhance early-stage ventures. The MII Foundation provides a medium for businesses, including professional mentoring, advanced infrastructure, access to capital, and global industry connections. The foundation, located on the Medicaps University campus, connects cutting-edge research, practical learning, and real-world enterprise building. The MII foundation aims to position Indore as a rising centre for startup success in India by providing individual business support, strategic investor connections, and a strong emphasis on market scalability.
Palash Garg, OSD to Chancellor Medicaps University and Managing Director of MII Foundation, shared his delight at the launch of MII Foundation, saying, "Medicaps University brings its 25-year legacy in education and innovation to the foundation, offering a strong academic backbone and a vibrant talent pool of over 12,000 students. The MII Foundation infrastructure consists of modern office spaces, the latest equipment, seminar halls and machines like 3D printers, scanners, CNC machines, Kuka robots, and Flexible Manufacturing Systems (FMS).

Medicaps University Scholarship cum Admission Test also known as MU-SAT, is an entrance exam conducted by the university at the national-level. Students seeking to get into any of the university's courses offered in the fields of Engineering, Management, Agriculture, Pharmacy, Science, Arts, Humanities, Social Science, and integrated Law need to appear for this test. Additionally, MU-SAT score is used to determine the scholarship provided to students (if eligible).
