SSC CGL 2019 final result is delayed due to pending court cases. SSC issued an important notice regarding result status of CGL 2019.

SSC CGL 2019 final result has been delayed due to pending court cases. Staff Selection is a respondent in the case and it is waiting for the court and Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) order to release the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Exam 2019 final result.

In the notice, SSC mentioned that it is getting queries from various candidates regarding the status of the CGL 2019 result. The Commission stated that the result of the CGL 2019 is subjected to the disposal of the Court case pending in the High Court of Delhi and CAT.

SSC stated that all the four Tiers of the CGL 2019 exam was conducted but the Commission was directed to hold the result by the Honourable High Court of Delhi till the disposal of the case was filled by a group of candidates.

The Court has directed the Commission to prepare the result of the candidates in a sealed cover and the appointment letter to the candidates will not be issued, till such time, the CAT disposes of the related case.

The Court also directed the Commission to issue a public notice informing about such pendency in the court.
