SWAYAM January 2022 Semester Exams: Online submission of examination form begins, Dates soon
University Grants Commission (UGC) has announced that the online portal for the exam registration form for January 2022 semester courses offered by national coordinators is now open. "Students or working Professionals/Life Long Learners who have enrolled for the January 2022 Semester courses offered by Nationa! Coordinators viz. (cEc, IGNOU, llM-B, NITTTR, AICTE) on SWAYAM Platform, may kindly note that the exam registration form is live and available on SWAYAM," UGC said in official notification.
Students can submit the exam registration form for January 2022 Semester courses by August 5, 2022. The last date for successful transaction of fee through Credit/ Debit Gard/Net Banking/UP is August 5, 2022 up to 11.50 pm. Candidates must also note that they will be allowed to make corrections to the application form from August 7 to August 10, 2022.
National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the exam for the courses offered under the Study Webs of Active–Learning for Young Aspiring Minds (SWAYAM) for the January 2022 Semester. The exams will be conducted for 348 courses in two days in two sessions per day. NTA is expected to announce the exam dates soon. The NTA had earlier written to vice-chancellors of all universities urging them for space to set up exam centers for online or computer-based tests (CBT) examinations. NTA is planning to establish exam centers in more than 600 districts, each of which will have a minimum of 250 seats and be able to accommodate up to 20,000 candidates per shift.
