AP PECET 2025 Exam Date Announced; To Be Held on June 25

APSCHE has released the AP PECET 2025 exam date. The physical test will be conducted on June 25, 2025, at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur in offline mode it will be a Physical & Skill-Based Test and candidates' final selection process will be based on the Physical Efficiency Test and Skill Test.
The exam conducting authority APSCHE has released the Andhra Pradesh Physical Education Common Entrance Test (AP PECET) 2025 exam date. As per the dates, the physical test will be conducted on June 25, 2025, by Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur. Candidates who qualify in the exam will be eligible for admission into B.P.Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education) and D.P.Ed (Diploma in Physical Education) courses across Andhra Pradesh.
The test will be conducted in offline mode and it will be a Physical & Skill-Based Test candidates' final selection process will be based on the Physical Efficiency Test and Skill Test.

What is the AP PECET exam?
The AP PECET provides a gateway to candidates for physical education careers in Andhra Pradesh. Qualified candidates will be able to complete the course of B.P.Ed and D.P.Ed and work as sports teachers, trainers, fitness coaches, or join government sports bodies.
Eligibility Criteria AP PECET 2025
For the B.P.Ed course, the Candidate must have completed or be in their final year of a 3-year degree course from a recognized university. Their age must be at least 19 years as of July 1, 2025. For D.P.Ed (Diploma in Physical Education) candidates must have completed or be in the final year of Intermediate (10+2) and their age must be at least 16 years as of July 1, 2025.
Exam Pattern of AP PECET 2025
Physical Efficiency Test (400 Marks)
Candidates are evaluated based on their physical endurance and performance in different physical tasks. The test criteria differ for male and female applicants.

Candidates must choose and perform in one sport/game from the list below:

During the Andhra Pradesh PECET PET exam, candidates will have to perform the following tasks to qualify -

To prepare the Andhra Pradesh PECET merit list, in case of more than one student scoring the same aggregate marks, the tie will be resolved to decide the relative ranking as follows:
Marks scored by candidates in the Physical efficiency test will be taken into consideration. In case it is still a tie, marks scored by the candidate in Skill Test in games will be taken into consideration. In case of another, the Date of Birth of the candidate will be considered and the older candidates will be given preference on the basis of their age. In case of another tie, common rank will be given. At the time of admission, it will be resolved based on qualifying examination marks.
