JKBOPEE Special Round of Counselling, Last College Reporting Date!

Jammu & Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examination has announced the last college reporting date for the special round of counselling for the BEd course. Candidates are requested to report to the J&K BOPEE office before or by October 14.
After the second mop-up round counselling, the board announced a special round of counselling on October 10. The interested candidates reported to the J&K BOPEE office between 09:00 AM and 10:30 AM.
The candidates provisionally selected shall report for admission to the allotted Colleges / Institutions by or before October 2025 (up to 03:00 P.M.) along with their relevant certificates in original.
Documents Required
The following documents needed for the college reporting after the Special Round of offline Counselling:
- Qualifying Marks Certificate (10+2+3)
- Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / Ladakh (for candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent Authority of UT of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate)
- Category Certificate, if any
- Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate
- Any other certificate required by the College in accordance with the rules.
Instructions for Candidates and Colleges
- All the Heads of the Institutions/Colleges are requested to keep their admission counters open on holidays/off days to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time.
- The candidate(s) who would conceal any information at the time of admission, the candidature of such candidates shall be cancelled ab initio and a fine/penalty shall be imposed upon him/her as may be deemed proper by the Board in accordance with the laid down rules.
- The Concerned Colleges/Institutions shall ensure that, in case a person with disability is selected in open merit or some reserved category, the college/ institution concerned shall refer such case(s) to the Medical College concerned for the constitution of a special Medical Board to assess such candidates and make recommendations based on which colleges shall take further necessary action. In case any such candidate does not fulfil the benchmarks of disability, he/she shall not be admitted to the course/college, and the matter shall be reported to the BOPEE.
- For fee-related queries, candidates provisionally recommended for admission are advised to contact the concerned College/Institution.
- The heads of the Institutions shall keep a record of admissions and send the shortfall of the candidates, if any, to the Board through e-mail viz, coejakbopee@gmail.com / helpdeskjakbopee@gmail.com on 14-10-2025 at 04:30 P.M. positively. 6. The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in the Information Brochure and Notifications/Notices issued by the Board in this regard from time to time.
